Finally the months we have been waiting all year long  are here! And we must admit that we (Albanians) are very lucky to have such a beautiful nature and strategic geographical position. So, in this post you will find some suggestions about the closest destinations you can chose to spend an amazing week near the beach.

For those who do not have the right time to go abroad, a weekend in South Albania would be an amazing experience especially if you have your own car and can drive through different beaches which are close to each other.For instance: you can go to Himare and visit Jale, Llaman which are no longer than 20 min drive. The more you see, the more you experience. In this way, there is no chance of getting bored and for sure you can even explore some untouched places if you are a bit adventurous, have a dynamic night life and if you are lucky you can find your favorite singer as well as enjoy good meals. 

Who doesn't love the long boat trips around the magnificent islands of Greece? If you live in Albania you can go there by car/bus in 8 hours while exploring some other cities till you arrive at the destination. In my trip to Lefkada a couple of years ago, we also took advantage to see Parga and Janine before arriving at the amazing beach. No matter if you visit Lefkada, Zakynthos, Halkidiki or any other well-known touristic place, there will always be tens of other islands to visit. And they can take 1-2 days of your vacations. No wonder why Madonna, Armani and many other celebrities own houses in these private islands where only they can experience the amazing sunsets from these cities.

The love of Albanians for Italy is widely known, i guess. Maybe since most of us are able to speak or at least understand their language pretty well. Except of that, Italy has many beautiful cities, breath taking architecture, delicious dishes and much more. For sure you must have visited Rome, Milano, Venezia,but there are also  destinations with a unique formation like Positano and Cinque Terre. If you search these locations on instagram you will find hundreds of pics by travel bloggers.

Not only because i am hald turkish, but i believe you all agree with me when i state that Turkey is one of the country's with the best service, resorts and tourism in Balkans and even in Europe. Usually, the holidays package are all inclusive, which includes the room and all the meals during your stay. If right now you are thinking that these resorts are too expensive, do not forget that you can check at Booking.com for the hotels ( in Antalya for examp;e) and you'll find out that the resorts not located by the beach, but maybe just 5 min away, offer the same high quality services but at a lower price because of its location. So, make a research before excluding these destination.

Lastly, do not forget to start researching and make reservations in advance to catch a good deal in whatever destination you will go!
