MY JOURNEY- PT.2
In the previous post of my Budapest journey, i mentioned about the amazing view from the hotel and here it is the proof. (find more information about the hotel on the previosu post: http://bit.ly/2FmwwZ4)
After we ate breakfast at the hotel, we went to the city center and got a HOP-ON HOP OFF bus for 24 hours, which facilitated our visit in Budapest since we could see more than 20 tourist attraction with their service and the best was that you can go to one attraction as many times as you want within 24 hours.
Some of the places worth visiting were the Buda Castle, Mathias Church, Parliament, Bridges (all of them xP).
What i wore?
I thought of having a formal-chic outfit but comfortable at the same time, since we were literally around all day long from 9:00 AM- 21:00.
*A travel tip for the girls who love taking pics as much as me; Only if you get to the tourist attraction early enough, you will have the luxury to take the photos in the angle you want and unbothered*
Definitely, heels or uncomfortable shoes are not recommended not only if you visit Budapest, but no matter wherever you go, if you really want to take the best out of the trip! The jacket is from Stradivarius, the shirt and the skirt are from Zaful, which i bought 1 year ago. It was also matching with the places and the weather surprisingly.
What to eat?
Two are the main things that i come across while i was searching in Youtube for traditional foods to try in Budapest; Langos, Chimney Cake and Goulash(if i spelled it right xD). The one in the photo is Langos which actually is donut with a sauce and cheese on it. Moreover, even the other dishes were things really common even in Albania and they were not something that special as you may think from their name.
More pics from New York Cafe cause it was an art gallery itself! A curiosity was that many tourists were not even having a drink at this cafe, but they could just come visit, take pics and leave. Its owner seems really generous right? xD
BONUS VIEW
I would totally recommend to have the Danub boat tour at night, since the lights give it a magical feeling!
You were thinking that my journey is over? Not yet!
The other part will start from this terminal in the pic, which will lead us to the beautiful city of Vienna.
Stay tuned!
